Make Up & Hair

We have two lovely make up artists on staff here at Cherry Fizz, Jennifer Fredrickson and Ellisse Herrera

Behind the dynamic hair styles of some of my favorite images is Jennifer Fredrickson, self proclaimed hair obsessee.  She eats, sleeps, breathes artistry in hair.  Jennifer loves creating up-do’s and creative 1950s inspired curls, but she really excels at hair design, cut, and color.  Want a new punk look for your photos (and to display to the world?) Jennifer is the woman to see.  Recently she graduated from the Paul Mitchell of cosmetology, and got her cosmetology license.  Jenn has years of experience from being a model herself, and having to create new hair and make up looks for photographers.  Speaking of make up, Jenn has quite the artistic flair for the unconventional canvas of the human face.  With a rocker stylist sensibility, she can make you clean and crisp or degenerate and dirty, or anything in between. Ellisse Herrera is a former coworker of mine who is currently studying cosmetology and going to school to get her license!  Make up artistry is where she shines as the a Michaelangelo of sorts – creating and resculpting your face.  With a steady hand (equipped with airbrush) she will take your face from drab to fab!  With her make up, you will look and feel like a top model (even if you’ve never been professionally photographed.)  Complete with both a professional Mac make up kit, zillions of brushes, and a hair styling kit to rival anything a salon could create, Ellise is the best pick when you want your make up to appear classic and flawless!  Currently her availability is limited to Fridays and Sundays during the day, so you’ll have to book way ahead to get a session with this amazing new talent.
