Hello!  Welcome to my website, my name is Tiffany Rose (that’s me in that picture with my boyfriend fiancée, Eric).  I’ve been an artist since I would scribble nonsensical drawings in time to music, and since then have adapted this type of methodology to my lifestyle.  Growing up, I was a musician – from 1995 to late 2003, I played clarinet in whatever school band would have me.

At Chapman University I majored in music, and realized it wasn’t for me.  Music taught me two important things : rhythm and timing.  These are both important to capturing iconic images.  By rocking and photographing all the concerts I attended during college, I perfected this skill.  During my college years, I was rarely seen without a camera.  As a photographer for The Panther Newspaper, my images appeared often on the front page.  I even became photo editor!  In private I worked on my skills as a portrait photographer, sculpting raw talent into something useful to others.

I’m a girl who, for the longest time, never felt pretty.  Nowadays I think back to that girl and know why I didn’t feel pretty – I was and currently am overweight – I had let other people’s ideas of what was pretty and sexy get into my head.  And, well, partly, it was because there were never any good photos of myself!  Well never again. I discovered my passion, and I want to help make other girls realize their own inner beauty.  Sometimes, that needs a little bit of outer beauty (as provided by my lovely and talented hair/MUAs), but my goal is that by the end of your photos, you’ll realize something about yourself that you didn’t realize before.  Hopefully it will be how beautiful you are and have always been.

Of course, before the photography thing became a full-time hobby I have been designing websites since 8th grade, and teaching myself Photoshop since 9th grade.  I refuse to conform to strictly stay within one category of the various arts, instead I carve out my own niche within each type of art form I strive to master.
